For the first time ever, the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa Walton (BIAOW) and Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA) are joining forces to present a regional Parade of Homes experience like nothing we’ve done before.

In 2026, our Parades will run at the same time, and we’ll be sharing one combined Parade of Homes magazine—spotlighting builders, remodelers, and advertisers across all of our counties. This collaboration expands reach, increases exposure, and creates a unified showcase of the very best our Florida Panhandle building community has to offer.

✨ What makes this year different?

• One shared Parade timeline across BIAOW & BBIA territories
• One regional magazine with expanded print & digital distribution
• Increased visibility for every participating builder and advertiser
• Builders who work in both markets may now enter a home in either Parade
• Homes are entered and judged in the market where they are physically located

Two long weekends:

• June 5–7, 2026
• June 12–14, 2026

🕚 New Model Home Hours:
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily

The Parade of Homes is FREE to attend. No need to register!
